COMMELL's
LE-360 is an industrial embedded single board
computer based on VIA Eden
platform, provides the advanced computing capacity at low power,
embedded, x86 processor architecture for the industrial embedded computers.
With VIA Eden platform and high integration, COMMELL's
LE-360 offers the
value embedded computing platform for high speed, compact, low profile, low
power, fan free, mobile industrial applied computing applications based on industrial
compact 3.5" drive size of form factor. The high integration and flexible expansibility
of onboard LVDS/TTL flat panel / CRT, LAN, Audio, CompactFlash, PC/104, 4
COM and GPIO interfaces make LE-360
be the ideal solution for industrial embedded applications with the features
as below.

Compact
3.5" Drive-size Embedded Miniboard : the LE-360 is based on compact
3.5" drive-size with only 146 x 101mm of dimension, and offers the 686 level VIA
Eden platform with 400 MHz of speed at 100 MHz of FSB on low power, fan
free operating.

LVDS/TTL
Flat Panel Interface : The VIA/S3 Twister-T PN133T chipset built-in 36-bit
LVDS/TTL TFT/DSTN LCD / CRT interface with S3 Savage4 VGA core, 128-bit 3D
engine and BIOS selectable 8/16/32 MB of shared video memory.

Multiple
I/O Port : The board offers the onboard three RS-232 and one jumper
selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports with 16C550 compliant UARTs and 16Bytes
FIFO. The 16-bit GPIO port also offers the 8-bit digital input and 8-bit
digital output for industrial application.

Compact
Flash Interface : The onboard CompactFlash socket offers the Solid State
Disk (SSD) interface for installation of embedded OS, driver and AP with
economical Compact Flash Card (CFC) or IBM MicroDrive.
